Copies an entire list into a new list.
If you don't provide NewList it uses the original name with Copy tacked on.
If the old list doesn't exist nothing happens.
If sort is given it must be a or d for ascending or descending.
If the new list exists nothing happens.

Example:

/listcopy {KhraitShips}{a}

This will duplicate the list called KhraitShips into a sorted list
called KhraitShipsCopy.

/listcopy {Values}{BestValues}{d}

Copy a list of values into a list called BestValues with them
sorted largest to smallest.
